Meet the Orchard Park team

Administrator: Jarom Eberhard, MBA

Jarom has been with Revera Health systems since 2004 and has been the Administrator of Orchard Park since October 2008. Jarom graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Community Health from Brigham Young University and has a Masters Degree in Health Administration from University of Colorado.

Director of Admissions: Melissa McPherson

Melissa McPherson helps expedite the admission and discharge process for residents and their families. She has 20 years of experience in the field of health care.

Director of Nursing Services: Tracy Scuteri, RN, BSN

Tracy has been at Orchard Park for 12 years and has been a licensed nurse for 17 years. She has a Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of Washington. She enjoys long walks with her dog Jupiter.

Rehabilitation Director: Susan Ramsey, MS, CCC/SLP

Susan Ramsey, MS, CCC/SLP is the Rehab Director at Orchard Park. Susan received her Bachelors of Science in Communication Disorders and B.A. in Psychology from St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO in 1989. She completed her Masters of Science at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in 1991. Susan has been active in state associations, presented at local and state levels in the areas of dysphagia and reimbursement issues and co-authored a chapter on Alzheimers Disease and end of life issues.Susan enjoys spending time with her son, Drew, who is an avid lacrosse player. In addition, she loves to cook, scrapbook and travel.

Director of Social Services: Nancy Prosen

Nancy Prosen is dedicated to the welfare of each resident at Orchard Park. She is well-versed in patient rights, advanced directives, living wills and other issues of importance to residents and families. Nancy has 25 years of experience.
