WHAT IS STAR?
STAR stands for "Specialized Therapy and Rehabilitation." But STAR is much more than a rehab program. STAR is an intensive, personalized therapy regimen that is patient-centered and service-oriented.
The aim of the STAR program is not only to "get you back on your feet," but also to make you feel as comfortable and cared-for as possible during your stay at our center, by offering you a higher level of personal attention and amenities.
STAR MEANS REHAB EXCELLENCE
The goal of the STAR program is to promote independent living by bringing patients' mobility and lifestyle capabilities to optimal levels. To achieve this, we work with your doctor to create a customized "Milestones Plan" just for you. Our expert therapists will work one-on-one with you, in regular, intensive sessions, to help you achieve your goals for strength, flexibility, endurance and mobility. With patience and persistence, you'll be amazed at how well you'll progress!
YOUR STAR CONCIERGE
When you enroll in STAR, you will be assigned a STAR Concierge who has one goal - to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible! As your personal concierge, your STAR Concierge will help you with all those "little things" that make a big difference to your quality of life. Need a cup of coffee before breakfast? Want a letter mailed? Hungry for a snack... or a crossword puzzle... or the latest DVD? Just ask!
